Michigan in the Civil War Sanitary Operations
We would suggest that a fair be held on the grounds to be occupied by the Agricultural Society, for the purpose above mentioned, and we earnestly solicit that you, calling to your aid suitable persons, may devise such plan for the consummation of the foregoing purpose as may be deemed proper.
