NINTH REGIMENT INFANTRY

II. Captains of companies having promises or encouragement of acceptance from the Commander-in-Chief in this regiment, will report to this office, on or before the 16th inst., the number of men enrolled in their respective companies, and the time that will be required to complete their enrollment to the maximum number. As soon as companies report full, they will be immediately ordered into rendezvous at Fort "Wayne.
As only a short time can be allowed in organizing the regiment, commanders of companies, in order to secure their acceptance, must be prompt in reporting and filling up their companies. By order of the Commander-in-Chief.
