Fifteenth Regiment Infantry
Leaving that point on the 4th of October the regiment marched via Marietta, Altoona, Kingston, Home, Calhoun, Resaca, Snake Creek Gap, Lafayette, Summersville, and Galesville, in Georgia, and Little River, King's Hill, Cedar Bluff, and Carr Springs, in Alabama, and participated in the skirmishes and engagements that occurred during the pursuit of the rebel army under Hood, in Northern Georgia and Alabama, the regiment marching during this month 200 miles.
