on the 10th with a loss of one killed and two wounded, and reached Kingston on the 15th, and on the 21st arrived at Goldsboro, where it remained until the 8th of April, when, in consequence of its becoming short of men, it was ordered to Newbern to refit for field service. From that date nothing is given in the reports of the battery in regard to its movements, except that it was at Newbern on the 31st of May. It arrived at Jackson, Mich., June 24th, and was mustered out of service on the 1st of July.
